HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ORDERS TO SHIP?

Each garment is made to order. Please allow at least 14 business days to ship.

 

HOW MUCH IS DOMESTIC SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

 

HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We charge $35 flat rate international shipping fee. Please note that Jae Lenee is not responsible for any VAT or Customs Tax that may occur upon delivery and these fees are not refundable.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with your order, have received faulty merchandise or need to make an exchange please email contact@jaelenee.com with your order number in the subject and the reason for your return or exchange.

At the moment we can only offer store credit or exchanges within two weeks of receiving your purchase. No exceptions.
